StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a three-physician group at the largest healthcare system in Oklahoma, serving as the only Pulmonary/Critical Care practice in the region. ### What you'll do - Manage a roughly 50/50 blend of outpatient pulmonary and inpatient critical care cases - Cover a 207-licensed-bed campus spanning three facilities - Join an established group, stepping into a retiring physician's panel after 27 years of practice - Serve as a regional referral resource for pulmonary and critical care needs across the surrounding area ### What we're looking for - Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine - Eligible and prepared to practice in the state of Oklahoma - Candidates requiring J-1 visa waiver support are welcome — the hospital has direct experience with the process ### What's included - Competitive base compensation with productivity incentive - Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance - PTO and dedicated CME time off plus CME allowance - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage - Malpractice coverage with tail - Retirement plan with annual employer contribution and optional 457(b) ### About the practice The host hospital is a 207-licensed-bed, nonprofit, faith-based system operating across three facilities — the longest-serving general hospital in the area.
