OB/GYN Hospitalist

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an OB/GYN Hospitalist for an inpatient-only hospital-based position in Gainesville, FL. ### What you'll do - Provide emergency obstetric care and unassigned OB Emergency Department (OBED) coverage on a 24-hour shift model - Deliver gynecologic coverage for unassigned patients across the inpatient unit - Serve as first assist for both hospitalist colleagues and private-practice physicians - Collaborate within a cohesive hospitalist group emphasizing communication and teamwork - Average eight 24-hour shifts per month within a structured, predictable schedule ### What we're looking for - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort in a high-acuity, inpatient-only OB hospitalist environment - Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative, team-based care ### What's included - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience - Medical and dental insurance - CME allowance - Flexible, predictable scheduling averaging eight shifts per month - Strong operational and clinical support infrastructure ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners places physicians in hospital-based roles across the country, with a focus on clinical excellence and physician support.
