Pediatric Anesthesiologist | South Florida Region

A full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist is needed by StaffMed Health Partners to join an established anesthesia program serving the South Florida region. ### What you'll do - Deliver pediatric-focused anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix - Work within a collaborative care team model alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs - Support efficient perioperative workflows from pre-op through recovery - Contribute to a multidisciplinary environment centered on pediatric patient outcomes ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology - Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in pediatric anesthesia - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Commitment to team-based, collaborative care delivery ### What's included - Base salary of $470,000 - $125,000 sign-on bonus - $50,000 pediatric specialty stipend - $25,000 annual metric-based bonus - Generous paid time off - Relocation assistance available - Comprehensive health and retirement benefits ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting on behalf of an established anesthesia program in South Florida with a dedicated pediatric surgical focus.
