A full-time Anesthesiologist opportunity with StaffMed Health Partners at an established anesthesia program in Maryland. ### What you'll do - Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix in a collaborative care team model - Work alongside CRNAs within a structured, team-based anesthesia program - Navigate efficient perioperative workflows with strong clinical infrastructure - Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented department under engaged clinical leadership ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology - Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort operating within a collaborative anesthesia care team environment - Commitment to high-quality perioperative patient care ### What's included - Base salary of $510,000 - $80,000 sign-on bonus - 8 weeks paid time off - Comprehensive health and retirement benefits - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage - CME support ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting on behalf of an established anesthesia program in the Mid-Atlantic region with a proven collaborative care model and diverse surgical volume.
