Part-Time Family Medicine Physician

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician (20 hours/week) for an employer-sponsored health clinic in Indianapolis, IN. ### What you'll do - Conduct annual physicals, pre-employment physicals, and acute illness visits - Manage chronic disease conditions across a primarily adult patient population (age 3+) - Perform minor procedures within scope of practice - Provide stat lab coverage as the only call obligation - Collaborate with APPs, medical assistants, and on-site behavioral health staff in a team-based care model ### What we're looking for - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine with a primary care focus) - Minimum 2 years of primary care experience - Comfort managing a mixed patient panel with limited pediatrics (age 3+) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment - Active or eligible Indiana medical license ### What's included - Consistent 20-hour weekday schedule, Monday–Friday - Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities - No traditional call; stat lab coverage only - On-site lab services and dispensary - Predictable workflow in a well-established clinic setting ### About the practice This employer-sponsored clinic in Indianapolis operates within a collaborative care model supported by APPs, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals.
