About this role

A Pediatric Physical Therapist is needed at a well-established outpatient pediatric therapy clinic staffed by StaffMed Health Partners in Tulsa, OK. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. - Implement and modify treatment plans targeting strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation within an electronic medical record system. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to deliver integrated patient care. - Provide supervision and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants and PT students as applicable. ### What we're looking for - Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (including upcoming graduates). - Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain, including candidates awaiting board exam results. - Experience in pediatrics or a demonstrated interest in pediatric physical therapy. - Strong adaptability and a collaborative, team-focused mindset. - Spanish-speaking ability is a plus; interpreter support is available for all staff. ### What's included - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. - Paid time off, including holidays and sick leave. - Continuing education and licensure assistance. - Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling. ### About the practice This outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in Tulsa serves a diverse pediatric population with a focus on high-quality, mission-driven care.
