About this role

AdventHealth Hendersonville is hiring a full-time RN Surgical Circulator for mid-shift coverage (8:30a–9p) at its hospital campus in Hendersonville, North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to develop and communicate individualized plans of care. - Implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and surgical procedures using clinical skills and judgment. - Evaluate identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to maintain overall quality of care. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care delivered. - Serve as a role model for current and new staff; pursue ongoing professional growth and certification. - Adhere to hospital safety training programs and Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - BLS and ACLS certifications (required). - 1+ year of related perioperative or surgical nursing experience (preferred). - CNOR certification and/or Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certification (preferred). - Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) certification (preferred). ### What's included - Sign-on bonus up to $15,000. - Compensation range: $32.13–$55.14/hr (~$66,830–$114,691 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Hendersonville is a full-service community hospital located in Hendersonville, NC, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
