About this role
AdventHealth Hendersonville is hiring a full-time RN OR Circulator for its Outpatient Surgery Center in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
### What you'll do
- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to deliver quality perioperative care throughout the surgical encounter.
- Develop, communicate, and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the surgical team.
- Execute nursing interventions and procedures using sound clinical judgment and required technical skills in the OR circulator role.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care provided.
- Serve as a role model and resource for current and new staff members.
- Adhere to hospital safety training requirements, including Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plans.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of related perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.
- CNOR certification and/or Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) preferred.
- Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) certification a plus.

- Pay range $32.13–$55.14/hr ($66,830–$114,691 annualized).
