About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time RN Physician Informatics Advocate (Intermediate) to serve as a clinical informatics resource for providers at its acute-care facility in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Round daily in the acute setting to proactively identify and resolve provider EHR workflow issues at the point of care.
- Assess EMR functionality, document provider enhancement requests, and collaborate with operational teams to obtain design approval for solutions.
- Deliver provider orientations, train-the-trainer sessions, and ongoing education on new applications and EHR functionality.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize health IT training materials aligned to current clinical practice and provider workflows.
- Execute change-management strategies to support smooth rollout of application changes, including go-live and post-go-live optimization across multiple sites.
- Conduct annual IT outreach touch points with medical staff to share application tips and promote best practices.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of combined clinical and informatics experience.
- Advanced knowledge of provider workflows including CPOE and clinical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EMR.
- Strong conflict-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
