AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida is hiring a full-time Catheterization Lab Supervisor to lead daily operations across its Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology suite.
### What you'll do
- Supervise, staff, and evaluate daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, including scheduling, timesheet corrections, and productivity oversight.
- Participate directly in patient care during cath and EP procedures, monitoring hemodynamics and reporting changes to the cardiologist.
- Manage supplies and equipment for the Cath Lab, including ordering, vendor evaluation, and billing/coding oversight.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, EP physicians, and anesthesia to maintain patient flow, safety, and physician satisfaction.
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure education to patients and families.
- Act as preceptor and role model for staff, supporting training and professional development.
### What we're looking for
- Active BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- One of the following credentials: CCNS, RCIS, or RCES (required).
- Minimum 2 years of interventional cardiac cath lab experience.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Demonstrated EKG competency and knowledge of cardiac anatomy including electrophysiology.
- Ability to operate cath lab and EP suite equipment, including x-ray, with adherence to ALARA radiation safety principles.

- Hourly pay range: $38.18–$71.01 (approximately $79,400–$147,700 annualized).
