About this role

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Clinical Coordinator (RN) for its orthopedic and coordinated care program at its Celebration, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care to ensure timely access to medical and supportive services across the care continuum. - Facilitate integration of evidence-based practices across multi-specialty teams and oversee redesign of clinical care standards. - Develop and implement patient education programs aligned with evidence-based orthopedic standards. - Monitor, evaluate, and track program outcomes tied to clinical and operational goals in collaboration with physician and administrative leadership. - Conduct data analysis supporting pay-for-performance reimbursement initiatives. - Participate in marketing efforts through physician visits, educational seminars, and community lectures. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's of Nursing preferred. - Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required. - Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate orthopedic patient education. - Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills with experience working across diverse populations. - Bariatric experience preferred. ### What's included - Salary range: $68,133–$119,520 per year. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
