Intermediate Epic Healthy Planet Clinical Analyst

AdventHealth is hiring an Intermediate Epic Healthy Planet Clinical Analyst at its headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida, supporting population health technology across a large faith-based health system. ### What you'll do - Design, build, and configure within the Epic Healthy Planet module and supporting third-party applications - Assess clinical and operational workflows, identify gaps, and develop future-state solutions tied to new functionality - Create and execute test scripts for unit, system, and integration testing; document outcomes - Troubleshoot system issues, initiate escalation procedures, and recommend resolutions - Provide 24/7 on-call production support as the primary contact for application end-users - Participate in cross-functional projects using project planning tools and lean methodologies ### What we're looking for - Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification (required) - 3+ years of information technology, healthcare, or professional experience (required) - Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (required); Bachelor's preferred - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication - 5+ years of clinical or technical workflow experience (preferred) ### What's included - Salary range: $66,171 – $123,073 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system with a national footprint, headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
