### What you'll do
- Manage staffing, hiring, orientation, scheduling, and performance for nursing unit personnel
- Lead performance and quality improvement initiatives grounded in evidence-based practice
- Develop and implement unit-level policies, procedures, and process improvement plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Oversee unit budget and resources while maintaining working knowledge of healthcare finance
- Mentor and educate staff to ensure adherence to clinical practice models and professional standards
- Serve as the primary communication link among patients, families, staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Demonstrated competencies in HR management, financial management, and performance improvement leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
