About this role
AdventHealth North Pinellas is hiring a full-time night-shift ICU Registered Nurse at its Tarpon Springs, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data on health status and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Interpret EKGs and apply advanced cardiovascular life support skills within the critical care setting.
- Document all clinical activity accurately within the electronic medical record (Cerner/EPIC).
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Critical care nursing skills as defined by unit standards.
- 1+ year of ICU experience preferred.
- Basic EKG Certification preferred; EKG interpretation course completion a plus.

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized).
