About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Team Lead RN for its ICU Cardiology unit on the night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Prepare monthly staffing schedules for the ICU Cardiology unit, ensuring coverage for all scheduled and add-on cases. - Assist with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and employee counseling, maintaining timely personnel documentation. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders — in person and by phone — to support smooth unit operations. - Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments to advance patient care. - Complete assigned leadership duties with minimal supervision and effective time management. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - BLS, ACLS, and APEX Innovations NIHSS certifications — all required. - 1+ year of RN experience in critical care or a relevant specialty area — preferred. - 1+ year of nursing leadership experience — preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $32.76–$57.47/hr (~$68,141–$119,538 annualized). - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates. - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan and career development resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based, full-service acute care hospital located at 3100 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL, committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
