Title Advanced Respiratory Therapist Nights Zephyrhills

AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time Advanced Respiratory Therapist for the night shift at its hospital in Zephyrhills, Florida. ### What you'll do - Deliver aerosolized medication, oxygen therapy, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and lung function testing to patients across all age groups - Draw, analyze, and result arterial blood gases; maintain blood gas lab quality control and replace analyzer cartridges per regulatory requirements - Respond to rapid response and code blue events; perform CPR as needed - Serve as Lead Therapist on shift when required, managing workload distribution, staff assignments, and ensuring all tasks and overdue medication items are cleared - Document care accurately in the computerized medical record system ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RRT license and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (required) - 3+ years of respiratory care experience and 1+ year of critical care experience (both required) - BLS and ACLS certifications (required); NRP within six months of hire - Technical or vocational training in respiratory therapy or cardiopulmonary science - Proficiency with mechanical and non-invasive ventilation across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations - Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and EMR documentation ### What's included - Pay range: $26.08–$48.50/hr (~$54,246–$100,880 annualized), plus night shift differential - Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 - Relocation assistance up to $10,000 - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a full-service acute care hospital serving the Pasco County community as part of the AdventHealth network, one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
