About this role
A full-time night-shift Registered Nurse role on the Medical Telemetry unit at AdventHealth East Orlando in Orlando, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain accurate, timely medical-record documentation.
- Respond to code situations promptly, delivering stabilizing interventions and supervising delegated care tasks across the team.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- CCNS or Neonatal Med Certification (preferred).

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approx. $65,582–$108,659 annualized).

AdventHealth East Orlando is a full-service acute care hospital located at 7727 Lake Underhill Road, serving the eastern Orlando metro. The Medical Telemetry unit operates on a 3×12 night schedule (7 pm–7 am) with every-other-weekend rotation.
