About this role

An Occupational Therapist is needed at AdventHealth Celebration, a faith-based health system hospital located in Celebration, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards to guide individualized treatment - Establish, implement, and adapt treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency adjustments - Document patient care accurately and completely using measurable, objective terminology within required timeframes - Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning and home recommendations - Oversee care delivered by certified occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulatory and practice standards - Participate in community events and educational lectures to extend clinical expertise beyond the facility ### What we're looking for - Active Florida OT license or Temporary OT license (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred) - Commitment to evidence-based and best-practice clinical standards - Ability to serve as a clinical instructor and support departmental quality initiatives ### What's included - Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hr (~$65,624–$122,075 annually) - $5,000 sign-on bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development, mental health resources, and whole-person well-being programs ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is part of AdventHealth, a large faith-based, not-for-profit health system with facilities across multiple states. The Celebration campus at 400 Celebration Place serves the greater Osceola County community with a full range of acute and rehabilitative services. The rehabilitation team operates on a Sunday–Wednesday, 9 am–7:30 pm schedule.
