About this role
An Occupational Therapist is needed at AdventHealth Celebration, a faith-based health system located in Celebration, Florida, working a Wednesday–Saturday day shift (9am–7:30pm).
### What you'll do
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and established standards.
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and visit frequency.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely using measurable, objective terminology in compliance with payer guidelines.
- Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning and recommendations.
- Oversee care delivered by certified occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulatory and practice standards.
- Participate in community events and educational lectures to support health awareness and extend clinical expertise.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist license or Temporary OT license (required).
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred); education must meet licensure eligibility requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required).
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to maintain departmental productivity standards through effective time and clinical management.
- Willingness to serve as a clinical instructor and support performance improvement initiatives.

- Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hour (~$65,624–$122,075 annualized).
