About this role

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Lead Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist at its Hinsdale, Illinois campus. ### What you'll do - Perform EEG and advanced electroneurodiagnostic studies on patients requiring complex or specialized care. - Monitor, guide, and evaluate staff performance across productivity and quality metrics. - Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and support situational problem-solving for the neurodiagnostics team. - Provide consultation and direct technical management for patients with complex diagnostic needs. - Serve as a role model for staff, actively promoting teamwork and cooperative practice. - Assist with departmental operations and fulfill additional duties as assigned by leadership. ### What we're looking for - Registered Electroencephalography Technician (REEGT) credential — required. - Associate's degree — preferred. - Demonstrated ability to perform advanced electroneurodiagnostic procedures independently. - Experience in a lead, charge, or supervisory technical role is advantageous. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate staff and prioritize workflow. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.03 – $57.72/hour ($64,542 – $120,058 annualized). - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off beginning Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits. ### About the practice UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale is a faith-based community hospital located in Hinsdale, Illinois, operating as part of the AdventHealth system in partnership with UChicago Medicine.
