About this role

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department on nights (7p–7a) in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Lead and supervise nursing staff on the night shift ED unit, monitoring performance and conducting appraisals - Perform and oversee venous access procedures and infusion therapy within RN scope, ensuring patient safety - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion management - Drive quality improvement initiatives by analyzing unit data and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency - Mentor and precept new staff through hands-on training, feedback, and professional development support - Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies to maintain safety and care standards ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred - 1+ year of charge nurse or relevant leadership experience preferred - Strong critical thinking, communication, and EHR proficiency ### What's included - $15,000 sign-on bonus - Pay range: $32.48–$60.42/hr (~$67,558–$125,674 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-mission health system serving Rome, Georgia and the surrounding Northwest Georgia region.
