Clinical Supervisor

AdventHealth is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its outpatient clinic at 6606 Simmons Loop in Riverview, Florida. ### What you'll do - Supervise, train, orient, and evaluate departmental clinical personnel - Coordinate daily work assignments and workflow across departments - Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on appropriate clinical interventions and patient care quality - Conduct regular team meetings and attend provider meetings to keep medical staff informed - Monitor and drive improvement in patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction survey scores - Oversee implementation of job descriptions, personnel policies, and payroll practices ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum 2 years of position-related clinical experience required - Active BLS/CPR certification required - One of the following credentials required: CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or LPN - Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary clinical teams - Strong communication skills to interface with physicians, managers, and staff ### What's included - Pay range: $23.91–$44.46/hour ($49,733–$92,477 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off beginning Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care.
