AdventHealth is hiring a Manager, Insurance & Self Pay Collection to oversee revenue cycle operations at its headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Manage and monitor best-practice workflows across hospital revenue cycle departments, the Single Billing Office, and centralized business offices
- Supervise Single Billing Office performance against service level agreements to ensure timely, accurate patient billing
- Develop and track key performance indicators in revenue cycle management and communicate results to leadership
- Support new facility system activations, process testing, and software application rollouts in the field
- Create policies, procedures, and training documentation in collaboration with Corporate Revenue Cycle educators
- Partner with the Corporate Revenue Management Data Analytics team on billing-related reporting enhancements
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in hospital or physician billing, patient financial services, or a related area
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) credential preferred
- Epic credential preferred
- Ability to travel to revenue cycle centers to support operations and best-practice initiatives
