About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Neuro-Telemetry unit at its Littleton, Colorado campus, working day shift on a three 12-hour shift schedule.
### What you'll do
- Perform patient care treatments per policy, adjusting approach for patient age, mobility, acuity, and cultural background.
- Assist in the delivery of bedside care as a team member under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Obtain nursing history information and report abnormalities or changes in patient status to the RN.
- Document and report all completed procedures in accordance with department policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow prescribed isolation, PPE, and hand hygiene protocols.
- Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and support unit quality and performance improvement initiatives.
### What we're looking for
- Active CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) or CPCT/A (Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant) credential — required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — required.
- High school diploma or equivalent — required.
- Prior PCT experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Background as a unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical role is a plus.
