About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time CT Technologist at its Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis. - Prepare and administer IV contrast material, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and maintain ALARA radiation safety principles. - Review patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications. - Operate CT scanners, injectors, and monitors safely, adapting protocols for patients across all age groups. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems throughout each exam. - Collaborate with radiologists and other care team members to support continuity of patient care. ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred). - ARRT Radiography credential RT(R) (required); ARRT-CT certification (preferred). - BLS/CPR certification (required). - 1+ years of radiology experience with completion of a CT training program (preferred). - Proficiency with PACS, 3D workstations, and cardiac/vascular CT protocols. - Demonstrated IV placement skills and basic IV competency. ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hour (~$59,654–$110,968 annually). - Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $1,500 relocation bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday — three 12-hour day shifts. ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates the Ginsburg Tower at its flagship campus on East Rollins Street, a high-volume academic medical center serving Central Florida. The imaging department supports a full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional services with modern CT technology and a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.
