About this role

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a part-time Phlebotomy Services Technician at its hospital campus in Littleton, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Perform venous, capillary, urine drug screen, swab, and other specimen collections following established quality standards - Receive, prioritize, and process specimens for both hospital-registered and outreach patients, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and distribution to testing areas - Prepare and package samples for off-site courier transport, verifying appropriate container type and temperature requirements - Resolve unusual test orders by coordinating with caregivers, reference labs, pathology, or lab leadership - Perform waived and moderate-complexity testing under laboratory management supervision - Participate in new associate and student training and contribute to shift-to-shift communication for continuity of care ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required); completion of a phlebotomy program (preferred) - Prior phlebotomy work experience - NHA, NPCE, or ASPT Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) credential preferred - Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries related to laboratory results and test requirements - Strong communication and teamwork skills for inter- and intra-departmental collaboration ### What's included - Pay range: $19.38–$31.01/hour (~$40,310–$64,501 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, nonprofit health system committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
