About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Med-Surg Rehabilitation Unit at its Tampa, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient. - Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to support compliance and recovery. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective team communication. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - BLS certification required. - At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized). - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. - Relocation assistance for eligible applicants. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one and four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a full-service acute care hospital located at 3100 E.
