Sterile Equipment Tech Lead $7500 Sign-on Bonus

AdventHealth Avista is hiring a full-time Sterile Equipment Tech Lead at its Louisville, Colorado hospital campus, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. ### What you'll do - Perform decontamination, processing, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies - Operate and monitor sterilization equipment while maintaining compliant records - Train and assess competency of both certified and non-certified sterile processing personnel - Assume lead responsibility and decision-making in the absence of department leadership - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sterile supplies and equipment - Coordinate with hospital departments throughout the day to ensure smooth sterile processing workflow ### What we're looking for - Active CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Tech) or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) — required - 2+ years of sterile equipment processing experience - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Preferred: CHL, CIS, CER, CSIS, CFER, or CSPM certification ### What's included - Pay range: $23.78–$44.22/hr ($49,462–$91,978 annualized) - $7,500 sign-on bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Avista is a full-service community hospital located in Louisville, Colorado, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based nonprofit health systems in the United States.
