About this role

The Care Management Education Manager leads clinical quality strategy, staff development, and care management education initiatives at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Evaluate and manage strategic plans for clinical quality and outcomes, presenting progress to staff and operational leaders - Analyze performance improvement data to identify quality concerns, practice patterns, and process improvement opportunities - Design and maintain organizational structure; recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate care management staff - Serve as a multi-disciplinary resource, conducting routine section meetings and educational sessions - Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness using knowledge of Joint Commission, DNV, and related survey methodologies - Build cross-disciplinary relationships to drive shared strategic goals and execute departmental priorities ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a Healthcare-related discipline (required) - 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or related area (required) - Demonstrated care management experience (required) - Expertise in healthcare systems and quality improvement processes - Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to present complex information clearly - Experience with accreditation surveys (Joint Commission or DNV) and project/process improvement methodologies (preferred) ### What's included - Salary range: $83,699–$155,694 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources - Pet benefits and mental health support resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
