A Clinical Pharmacist (Overnight) position is open at AdventHealth Orlando, a faith-based health system, at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Cover overnight operations in a hybrid/flex capacity with cross-coverage of ICU and Emergency Department clinical pharmacy positions
- Review, monitor, and verify medication orders and patient profiles; perform pharmacokinetic dosing and adjustments
- Provide direct patient care and participate in interdisciplinary rounds, supporting transitions of care from admission through discharge
- Compound, dispense, and document medications across central, satellite, and IV areas
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents
- Contribute to medication safety reporting, antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Pharmacist (RPh) license required
- Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred
- 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical skills in critical care settings; comfort with ICU and ED patient populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems, pharmacy informatics, and medication automation
- Ability to work a 7-on/7-off overnight schedule

- Pay range: $50.49–$93.91/hr ($104,819–$195,332 annualized)
