Full-Time ER Registered Nurse Nights (7pm-7am)

AdventHealth Fish Memorial is hiring a full-time night-shift Emergency Department Registered Nurse (7 pm–7 am) at its Orange City, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication across the team - Apply EKG interpretation and advanced life support skills in an acute emergency setting ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred) - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and abstract reasoning skills for dynamic ER conditions - Preferred certifications include TNCC, PEARS, CCNS, ABLS, or SCRN ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Fish Memorial is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
