About this role

AdventHealth East Orlando is hiring a full-time CT Technologist II for its imaging department in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols, maintaining optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis - Prepare and administer IV contrast material, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and follow all radiation safety and ALARA principles - Position patients accurately across all age groups, using immobilization devices as needed and adapting protocols accordingly - Collaborate with radiologists and care team members to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of care - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems - Follow department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to every exam ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Registered Technologist – Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) required - ARRT-CT certification preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - Minimum 1 year of related CT or radiologic technology experience - Proficiency with CT scanners, PACS workstations, and EMR systems; IV competency preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hour (~$59,654–$110,968 annualized) - $20,000 sign-on bonus - $1,500 relocation bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth East Orlando is a full-service acute care hospital located at 7727 Lake Underhill Road, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
