About this role

Part-time day-shift ICU Registered Nurse role at AdventHealth Lenexa City Center in Lenexa, Kansas. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for ICU patients. - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and current standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - BLS/CPR certification required. - Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience preferred. - EKG interpretation ability per unit requirements. - CCNS or CCRN-E certification preferred; TNCC also preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $32.50–$60.45/hour ($67,600–$125,736 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being resources including mental health support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Lenexa City Center is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care.
