About this role

AdventHealth Medical Group seeks a PRN CRNA to provide perioperative anesthesia services at its outpatient facility in Riverview, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct pre-operative patient assessments, formulate individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the supervising MD Anesthesiologist, and administer general, MAC, and epidural anesthetics. - Monitor, interpret, and adjust anesthesia management intraoperatively for patients of all age groups and ASA classifications I–V and E. - Perform medical non-surgical procedures including IV insertion, intubation, airway management, and hemodynamic and electrolyte balancing. - Manage post-anesthesia recovery, implement post-operative pain management modalities, and provide accurate handoff communication to receiving care teams. - Prepare and account for controlled substances, maintain anesthesia equipment in safe operating condition, and manage supply inventory. - Document all peri-anesthesia care accurately and completely; participate in quality improvement, committees, and mandatory educational activities. ### What we're looking for - Minimum 2 years of critical care experience. - Master's degree required. - Active Florida ARNP license. - Current CRNA certification. - Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. ### What's included - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one with rollover PDO and service-year accrual increases. - 403(b) retirement plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group operates the outpatient MOB clinic at 9320 S US Highway 301 in Riverview, FL, part of the broader AdventHealth faith-based health system serving communities across multiple states.
