### What you'll do
- Analyze data inputs and research tied to consumer experience and scheduling initiatives
- Export and interpret daily performance reports from consumer-based dashboards
- Develop, build, and execute training materials using multiple formats and teaching methods
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to integrate new capabilities and improvements
- Synthesize consumer insights into communications for senior leadership audiences
- Build and contribute to project update presentations and progress reports for leadership teams
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer experience, reporting specialist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional team experience
- Call center or telephone customer service experience preferred
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience preferred
