A full-time night-shift ICU Registered Nurse role at Texas Health Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Burleson, Texas.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established critical care protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (Cerner/EPIC)
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, supporting high-quality care delivery across the unit
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
- BLS/CPR certification — required
- BSN preferred; ICU or critical care specialty experience preferred
- EKG knowledge and ability to interpret rhythms relevant to the patient population
- FCCS, BEKG, CCNS, TNCC, or CCRN certification preferred
- Proficiency with EMR platforms; Cerner and EPIC experience preferred
