About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for the Interventional Radiology unit in Parker, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records - Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring outcomes against nursing standards - Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including IV placement, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection - Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights while delivering relationship-based, culturally respectful care - Provide patient and family education tailored to learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate teaching effectiveness - Delegate tasks to non-RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing guidelines and hospital policy ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - 1+ year of nursing experience with knowledge specific to interventional radiology preferred - Critical care experience preferred - Advanced IV skill set and electronic medical records experience preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr (~$71,261–$123,219 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME and career development resources - Mental health and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
