About this role

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Epic Training Analyst II to support physician practice operations at its Medical Group location in Woodridge, Illinois. ### What you'll do - Deliver onboarding, go-live support, and ongoing Epic EHR training to staff and providers across all levels - Design and deploy diverse training methods and tools to drive comprehension, proficiency, and performance - Assess staff education needs and develop continuous improvement strategies for new department acquisitions and new providers - Collaborate cross-functionally to produce effective training presentations, job aids, and resources - Monitor and evaluate training programs within an ambulatory healthcare environment - Support compliance with quality reporting programs such as HEDIS and MIPS ### What we're looking for - Epic Credentialed Trainer certification (required) - Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience including 1+ year in physician practice operations, or equivalent combination - Extensive EHR implementation and training experience in a healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and ambulatory clinical/physician workflows - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with process mapping tools (Visio preferred) - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; RN, CMA, RMA, or EMT credentials a plus ### What's included - Salary range: $53,790 – $110,046 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME and career development resources ### About the practice UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is a faith-based integrated health system serving communities across the greater Chicago area with a focus on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
