About this role

AdventHealth Medical Group is hiring an RN Supervisor for its Coordinated Care for Kids outpatient pediatric practice in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Supervise nursing staff and coordinate work assignments, priorities, and daily operations across the practice - Conduct patient needs assessments and initiate nursing care plans - Serve as liaison between clinical staff and other departments, advising on care coordination - Respond to patient-related phone calls within two hours and process physician-ordered prescription call-ins within 30 minutes - Evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, and ensure staff development - Assess personnel, supply, and equipment needs to support budget planning ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - 2+ years of professional nursing experience in a physician office setting (preferred) - Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in English - Willingness to float to other practices as operational needs require ### What's included - Salary range: $70,683 – $131,480 annually - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Career development and continuing education resources ### About the practice AHMG Coordinated Care for Kids is a dedicated pediatric outpatient practice located at 615 E. Princeton St., Suite 104, Orlando, FL 32803, operating Monday–Thursday 7:45 am–5 pm and abbreviated Friday hours. The practice is part of AdventHealth Medical Group, the employed physician and advanced practice network of AdventHealth, a faith-based nonprofit health system operating across multiple states.
