About this role

AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a part-time Quality Improvement Analyst focused on OPPE and FPPE at its Daytona Beach, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Manage and maintain Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) programs - Obtain, analyze, and trend clinical data to identify process improvement opportunities and report findings to stakeholders - Input analysis into clinical databases for core measures and CMS/TJC-related programs - Support quality-related committee operations including records, minutes, and data management - Assist in development of programs and onsite certification surveys with The Joint Commission - Educate physicians, nurses, and allied health staff on quality standards and improvement initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required) - Proficiency in computer skills; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred - Prior experience with FPPE and OPPE processes (preferred) - Experience with Joint Commission disease-specific certification (preferred) - Background in healthcare quality improvement (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $28.92–$53.80 (approximately $60,152–$111,904 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Daytona Beach is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
