About this role

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Night Shift Respiratory Supervisor to lead the respiratory therapy team at its hospital in Celebration, Florida. ### What you'll do - Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure efficient use of departmental resources on the night shift (6:00 PM – 7:15 AM) - Serve as the primary liaison between respiratory therapy staff and department leadership, escalating critical issues promptly - Monitor staff clinical activities to verify services are delivered in accordance with facility policies and accreditation standards - Maintain personal clinical competencies and step in to provide direct patient care support when needed - Complete performance appraisals on schedule and manage progressive discipline processes as required - Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives across the department ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science (required); Bachelor's degree preferred - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (required) - Minimum 3 years of critical care experience - Current BLS (CPR) certification (required) - Current ACLS certification (required) - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and professional accountability in a clinical setting ### What's included - Compensation range: $31.55 – $58.69/hr (~$65,624 – $122,075 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid time off beginning Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, operated by AdventHealth, a faith-based not-for-profit health system with facilities across multiple states.
