About this role

A Study Intake Program Manager role at AdventHealth supporting the clinical research enterprise at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage the full operational review and intake process for proposed research projects, including feasibility assessments, sponsor engagement, and site-investigator coordination. - Ensure all research activity complies with ICH Good Clinical Practices and applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing human subjects research. - Identify and pursue revenue-generating clinical trials in collaboration with business development teams. - Route feasibility assessments and secure operational approval before submitting studies to the Protocol Review and Monitoring System (PRMS). - Recommend, develop, and update institutional policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. - Communicate proactively with investigators, scientists, leadership, and external research collaborators on project status and feasibility. ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in a medical, scientific, business, healthcare, or related field (required). - Minimum 3 years of clinical trial operations experience from execution through completion, OR 5+ years in a healthcare or research environment. - Deep expertise in study startup: synopsis reviews, feasibility assessments, pre-selection and site-selection visits. - Demonstrated knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and federal/state regulations governing human subjects research. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience aggregating study and sponsor data for scientific, operational, and administrative review. - RN licensure preferred; experience with supplier relationship management tools also preferred. ### What's included - Salary range: $65,623–$122,055 annually. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a strong research presence at its flagship Orlando campus.
