About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Seasonal ED Night RN to join its Emergency Department team in Tampa, Florida, working a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. schedule.
### What you'll do
- Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department, applying knowledge of diagnoses, procedures, medications, and equipment specific to the ED population.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable short- and long-range goals.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, modifying care plans as clinical conditions evolve.
- Maintain strict infection prevention precautions and adhere to all medication safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with pertinent regulatory standards throughout every shift.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- APEX Innovations NIHSS certification.
- 2+ years of relevant clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
