Paramedic - Day and Night Shift Available

A licensed Paramedic is needed for day and night shifts at Texas Health Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Burleson, Texas, part of the AdventHealth system. ### What you'll do - Deliver direct patient care within the paramedic scope of certification, including assessment and treatment of life-threatening conditions - Operate and drive the ambulance safely in emergency and non-emergency situations - Maintain the ambulance in a clean, fully stocked, and response-ready state at all times - Communicate clearly with hospital team members, physicians, and other emergency responders - Adhere to infection control standards, medical protocols, safety guidelines, and department policies - Support community service functions as directed by leadership ### What we're looking for - Current Texas Licensed Paramedic (PARA) certification — required - Active BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications — required - Valid Driver's License — required - High school diploma or equivalent — required; Associate degree preferred - 1+ year of related paramedic field experience preferred - NIMS/FEMA training preferred; ability to remain calm and professional in critical situations ### What's included - Pay range: $21.03–$33.65/hr ($43,742–$69,992 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice Texas Health Huguley Memorial Medical Center is a full-service hospital located in Burleson, Texas, operating under the AdventHealth network with a mission rooted in faith-based, whole-person care.
