About this role
AdventHealth Riverview is hiring a Med/Surg Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the night shift at its acute care hospital in Riverview, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Lead nursing staff on the Med/Surg unit during 10-hour night shifts (6 PM–4:30 AM), with rotating weekend coverage every four weeks
- Perform and oversee venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety and proper technique
- Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and support unit-level operations including productivity and financial management
- Mentor staff on clinical technology and serve as a charge nurse resource for the unit
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required)
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 1 year of charge nurse or clinical leadership experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking skills applied to unit operations and patient care delivery
- CMSRN, CRNI, or MEDSURG-BC certification (preferred)

- Hourly pay range: $33.99–$63.22 (approximately $70,699–$131,498 annually)
