About this role

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for its Interventional Radiology department at its Wesley Chapel, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Schedule and coordinate departmental staffing; monitor productivity and manage department budget expenses - Assist Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and other physicians during IR procedures - Lead department meetings, oversee quality control and assurance programs, and develop protocols approved by radiologists - Manage direct reports across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, coaching, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and payroll - Conduct accident and injury investigations including root cause analyses; champion blameless error reporting and a culture of safety - Prepare the unit for audits and regulatory surveys, ensuring staff competencies and compliance with accreditation standards ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred - 2+ years of hemodynamic monitoring experience required - 2+ years of hospital or ICU experience required - Vascular/interventional radiology knowledge and skills required upon hire - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $33.99–$63.22 (approx. $70,699–$131,498 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states.
