Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiovascular PCU Days

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Day shift, in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Perform venous access procedures and administer infusion therapy, adjusting care plans based on patient responses - Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and manage complications - Monitor nursing staff performance, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to uphold clinical standards - Resolve staff conflicts using mediation techniques to maintain team cohesion and a positive work environment - Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing unit data and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency - Mentor and precept new staff through hands-on training and professional development support ### What we're looking for - Active RN licensure (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS and ACLS certification (required) - 1+ year of charge nurse or nursing leadership experience (preferred) - 1+ year of acute care nursing experience (preferred) - Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) or Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC) credentials are a plus ### What's included - $10,000 sign-on bonus - Pay range: $32.48–$60.42/hr (~$67,558–$125,674 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-based, not-for-profit hospital serving the Rome, Georgia community with a mission rooted in whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
