About this role
AdventHealth Porter is hiring a StaffFlex Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Laboratory Specialist I) on a 13-week PRN contract at its Denver, Colorado facility.
### What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic coronary, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures in a therapeutic cardiac laboratory setting.
- Fulfill two of three procedural roles — scrub, circulate, and monitor — consistent with the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals Scope of Practice.
- Monitor patient hemodynamics including blood pressure, ECG, and pulse oximetry using advanced clinical equipment.
- Complete accurate, timely medical records for each patient reflecting the scope and complexity of each intervention.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond in-hospital per department policy.
- Conduct waived and non-waived Point of Care Testing as credentialed and approved.
### What we're looking for
- Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Emergency Medical Services, or Respiratory Therapy (required); Bachelor's preferred.
- 2+ years of procedural experience in a cardiovascular, electrophysiology, or interventional radiology lab.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications (required); PALS preferred.
- One of the following credentials: RCIS, RCES, RT, RRT, or Licensed Paramedic (required).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ECG interpretation, cardiovascular and vascular anatomy, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

- Competitive premium pay rate of $83.30/hr on a 13-week StaffFlex contract.
