Registered Nurse RN ED

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department at the Tampa, Florida campus on East Fletcher Avenue. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments evaluating patients' physical, mental, and emotional health on arrival to the ED - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs - Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on ongoing patient responses and outcomes - Communicate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to keep all parties informed and involved in care decisions ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications — all required - APEX Innovations NIHSS certification — required - At least 1 year of acute hospital experience — preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr (~$65,582–$108,659 annually) - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based nonprofit health system committed to whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
