About this role
A part-time CT Technologist I position is open at AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida, performing diagnostic CT imaging within a hospital-based radiology department.
### What you'll do
- Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare and administer IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Review patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications.
- Operate CT scanners, injectors, and monitors safely, adapting protocols for patients across all age groups.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems throughout each exam.
- Collaborate with radiologists and care team members to support appropriate imaging and continuity of care.
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography RT(R) (required).
- ARRT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- 1+ years of radiology experience with completion of a CT training program (preferred).
- Working knowledge of PACS, EMR systems, radiation safety, ALARA principles, and basic IV competency.

- Hourly pay range: $28.68–$53.35 (approximately $59,654–$110,968 annualized).
